Our return policy allows you to return the product within 7 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your product and provide us with your order details.

We suggest you record a video while unpacking, so in case the product is damaged, you can back it up with proof. Without the video, we will not entertain any refund or replacement of the product.

Once we receive your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected on your account.
