We suggest you record a video while unpacking, so in case the product is damaged, you can back it up with proof. Without the video, we will not entertain any refund or replacement of the product.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
